Wanna see it?

This clip shows the slight narrowing in the jugular and the bunged up azygos. It's important to note that Azure-Dee was on the list for the diagnostic scans at False Creek Medical in Vancouver. The diagnostics are only done on the jugular veins. Just like in the doppler imaging done down here it would've showed little to no narrowing in the jugular. That means we most likely wouldn't have pursued having the procedure done at all. It's a good thing we didn't' get in to False Creek Med!!!

Enjoy.

  2. Hi Ricardo,
We are coming to Los Cabos in 9 sleeps...for my husband's Journey of Hope!!
I am just wondering who took the video of the veins that you posted. Were you allowed into the room with your wife?
So happy for you guys, can't wait our turn!

  4. Heidi, send me an email @ dicky.smith@yahoo.com and we will answer as many questions as you want to ask. I wasn't able to go in with Azure-Dee for the procedure. I just used my iPhone to record the procedure off the screen on my laptop. They will give you a disc with the doppler and another with the procedure. If you have an MRI from the last 3 months bring it! If you don't they will do one here but it will cost you $850 USD. There is also a facebook group called Cabo San Lucas CCSVI Treatment. You will probably find some good info on there too. Please feel free to contact us for more info.

  5. Wholey crap... I jumped when the blood went thru your vein.. it startled me... I was not expecting such a surge and lots of it.....
The faucet of blood has been turned on, yeahhh!!
No wonder people feel changes, there bodies are getting fed with blood everywhere...
the STENT is very large I was taken aback with that as well...
Things are making sense more and more....
Education is the key for people to understand MS and this video speaks volumes...
I have been sharing with people about CCVSI and your journey ... I have always believed awareness is key to have people understand how MS works.... But now, I have more to say, in how the CCVSI changes peoples lives...
Awesome great job for getting the video on here...
Hoping your feeling stronger and stronger each day.. keep up the low profile so you heal well..
    Love you both MOM xoxoxox

  7. Hi Jo
Well I must say I was very anxious about the thought of Azure-Dee having to have one... I was just sick that this procedure was still so new and no real end results as it was too early.. In my heart I just knew that she would wind up with one...thinking in the neck ... not knowing about the azyo vein and the curve in it. Which will help to keep the stent in place.. seeing the video was an eye opener.. It helped to releave some stress about it.. The big picture I'm so happy for Azure-Dee and the progress and the life changing results are huge.. She made a decsion, and with that decsion she became a pioneer in the CCVSI procedure ... This not only helps Azure-Dee but helps many other people.. I'm very proud of her and I'm sure that the decsion was not easy... but I supported her because I knew she would choose the stent, if it came down to it...
    Take care Jo.... Smiles Darlene
